About This Ministry
This ministry is a rescue attempt, a safe place for women of the Christian faith, or those seeking for a relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. The main goal here is to provide encouragement and faith-building support through Bible-based literature, digital products, community, one-to-one counselling, prayer and life coaching. I invite every godly woman to support it by sharing the content to any young woman who needs support in their daily walk or someone seeking for the Lord. And please do pray that in all these, God is glorified. Amen!
My Story
My name is Mathe Baniaga. I am married to a wonderful man for 30 years now and a mother to two adult sons. Our family is based in the UK.
I don’t come with flashy titles or credentials—my only claim to starting Flourishing Faith is the deep, ongoing work God has done in my life. I’m a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, a Bible study teacher, and an intercessor who has walked through seasons of questioning, restoration, and calling. I have walked through grief and God's refiner's fire.
I carry a strong burden for a generation of women who feel spiritually adrift—longing for the fruit of traditional values like stable family life, meaningful relationships, moral clarity, and a purpose rooted in something unchanging. Many are searching for acceptance, forgiveness, and worth in all the wrong places—only to find themselves more confused and empty.
This ministry is for them, and or you, too sister. It’s a space to reach out to a helping hand, learn about God's original intentions and pursue a vibrant and flourishing faith.
What We Offer
Flourishing Faith is a hub where Christian ladies come to get Bible-based encouragement, direction, counselling and just straight forward Bible teachings. We have an array of ways to help you if you. There are free and paid services. It is not the primary aim of Flourishing Faith to make money, but we offer paid services based on the realistic hourly value of my time and cover basic ministry costs.

We teach the Word here, about topics that confound us, issues that confront us and deceptions that try to control us, being believers in this time and age. Goal Setting & Bible-Based Identity Discovery: Three hours of guided goal-setting and Bible-based discovery of who you are in the Lord. This is delivered via Zoom in workshop form. This is a paid service and is limited to at least five participants, and is run once a month. You will go through a simple screening before you can enlist for this service.

Social Media Coaching for aspiring Christian Influencers – We need Bible-believing influencers in all social media platforms. But where do you start if you want to become one? We have a starter kit that you can purchase for a minimal price so you can decide which platform to use, what your branding will be and all these sorts of details. It comes with an hour of guided brainstorming. This is to give you a greater chance at succeeding and reaching more people. You have a voice, you deserve to be heard.

Bible-based One-to-One Counselling: This is a paid service and will only be offered if none of the other services will work. I am not trained in psychology, but I am a mother and have been a church elder working with young people and mothers so I may have some knowledge that I can share with you.
